inheritthewindAll spoilers (they're all pretty big and from later on in the series, from chapter 151, partway through volume 17, onwards) are behind cuts and whited-out. Regarding the spoilers contained in this post, one's interactions with Sora should not be affected by not knowing them (unless the specific situation calls for it, of course, in which case I'd give you a ping!).
Another post dedicated entirely to dealing with spoilers should be going up later tonight!
Name: Takeuchi Sora, nicknamed the Wolf of the Storm (Urubushu Gare) in the A-Tard circle
Hair: Black
Eyes: Black, generally sort of squinty. ^__^
Medical Info: A very healthy cripple! Really, except for the whole wheelchair thing, Sora is quite fit and has no medical problems. He was put in a wheelchair about six years ago after an A-T battle wrecked his legs to the point of complete non-functionality.
He'll be avoiding doctors, but if a full check-up is required at any point, there's this... Sora no longer needs to use the wheelchair, having been fitted with biomechtronic legs that have him up and A-Ting like normal -- with them hidden under his pants, you wouldn't be able to tell that he wasn't on a real pair of legs. I'm uncertain regarding the details of them -- by appearance, they seem to be prostheses, implying that amputation, to some extent, took place. I don't believe that he had prostheses before, though -- at first, at least -- since that would, you know, enable walking and the like. That, however, begs the question of how the hell he got these things on.
...luckily, I can't think of a situation off the top of my head that would really require knowing all of these things with those strange "facts" and "logic" of which I've heard tell, so. The guy's got mechanical legs. Let's just... leave it at that. ;;
Physical traits: ...guys. Guys, help me out here -- did I ever get a canon weight/height? He's a fairly tall guy, though that doesn't count for so much when sitting in a wheelchair. He has a lanky appearance to him, helped by his tendency to wear slightly baggy pants and loose t-shirts, sometimes long-sleeved. But he's actually... really, really ripped. A lot of upper-body strength. Also, VERY NIMBLE FINGERS. AND NOT AFRAID TO USE THEM. There's a tattoo of a wing on his back, his right shoulder-blade.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Anything is fine!
What's Okay To Mention About Him/Her to Others: Again, everything is fine, but I would appreciate knowing where and how spoilery information is spreading so that I can plan accordingly.
Abilities: ...I could try to explain all of the fake physics. But basically, he's an airbender. :|b He can also do CRAZY SHIT with his wheelchair -- basically, with the way its modified, he can pull off basic, but still impressive, A-T moves, like jumping and maybe some minimal wallriding. And just have a lot more maneuvering ability than a wheelchair should have.
There are some other abilities that likely will not come up in camp in general. With his fancy mechanical legs and the Wind regalia, Sora has his old special A-T abilities back. From what we've seen, this mostly seems to be beating the shit out of people with some really, really vicious winds. Like, the kind of winds that send objects hurtling through your body. As far as levels go, during the Behemoth battle, Akira and Agito's battle levels clocked in as being, respectively, 100 and 99; Sora's battle level is 300 ("at least 300"? I'll have to double-check).
Notes for the Psychics: Giving Sora's mind a quick glance, it's basically that of former street punk who's now just sort of an immature bum who doesn't really contribute anything to society. He likes fun! He likes women! He likes games! He likes women! There's a lot of looking for/at tits and ass there. Also, you know. A-T. The usual. The main thing that might be surprising is that he's actually a lot more intelligent and focused than he generally comes across as. Also, that he's bored a lot.
Unless someone purposefully digs deep, they won't encounter anything too out of the ordinary. I'd like to request that one please ask before taking a really good look into his brain. Sora is, at heart, a very angry young man. This doesn't mean that he's always walking around grumpy or cranky -- far from it! -- but there is... a good amount of rage at the bottom of everything. Aside from anger, most of his other emotions are rather muted and shallow. And you won't be finding an ounce of remorse in here.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Basic stepping on and the like are fine, no need to ask for permission. HE IS A SHOUNEN RETARD, HE IS MADE TO BE ABUSED. Anything along the lines of shapeshiftng/bodyshifting/etc., though, I would ask that you please, er, ask.
Hugging/Kissing/Other non-violent physical contact: A++
Maim/Murder/Death: He is made to have violence exercised upon him. LIFE IS NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT HAVING A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN TO PILEDRIVE YOU INTO THE PAVEMENT. For the time being, at least, though, I'd like to avoid serious death. Cracky death (e.g. poisoned by Ichijou-san, trampled by stampeding plot bunnies, etc.) is cool.
Cooking: Can microwave some excellent ramen-inna-cup. In other words, HA HA, NO WAY.
