There really aren't many more things that Kaito could say that could be any more trivially problematic than that, momentarily setting at war conflicting instincts of rebelling against somebody trying to tell him what to do and stepping up to any challenge raised against him. But it's the latter, with its reinforcements of the sheer hilarity of Kaito not being able to walk out the fucking door, that wins.
