Kaito might have not even heard the comment on incest, for all the reaction he has to it. But since there obviously isn't any place for Akito to be hiding, and if Sora had ripped it off his brother's neck he'd probably be bragging, Kaito makes an irritated 'tch' sound and turns back toward the door. And walks out.
